Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026. This policy covers the diskgrowth.com website and waitlist only. The DiskGrowth software processes data exclusively on your own machines and sends nothing to us.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Waitlist: your e-mail address and, optionally, whether you manage more than 10 servers or work at an MSP. Purpose: notifying you when the free app ships and when the paid beta opens, and inviting MSP candidates to the beta. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by e-mail.
Website: no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security and operation of the service (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Where your data is stored

Waitlist e-mails are stored with our e-mail service provider (based in the EU or covered by EU standard contractual clauses) under a data processing agreement; its name is available on request. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after the paid product launches, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). Write to privacy@diskgrowth.com.

The software

DiskGrowth (free app and paid agent) contains no telemetry and requires no account. Scans, history, forecasts and reports are stored locally on your systems. If you enable e-mail reports, they are sent through your own SMTP server. License validation works offline.
